Flexible groups and shared stays

Sharing villa

Sharing Villa is a formula for those looking for a more flexible solution within the Residence Villas. Some villas can be offered not only as a whole villa, but also as separate apartments or independent rooms. It is a good choice for small groups, solo guests, athletes, accompanying adults or families who want to organise their stay in a more modular way.

The Luxury Villas are not part of the Sharing Villa formula and are only available as whole villas.

Modular solution

Sharing Villa availability varies depending on the villa and how the spaces are arranged. Some options include rooms with a private bathroom, others rooms without an en-suite bathroom. The formula must always be checked at the time of your request, as not all villas are available as shared accommodation.
In villa 910, for example, there are several options: a double room with bathroom, a twin room with bathroom, and a third room with two single beds or two bunk beds, without an en-suite bathroom. The same arrangement can apply to villas 920, 930 and 940, with corresponding numbering.
Each room has a large wardrobe, while the TV is in the living room.
